CEO & Visionary of Community First! Village in Austin

Alan is the founder and CEO of Mobile Loaves & Fishes, a Christian outreach ministry in Austin that provides food and clothing and promotes dignity to homeless men and women.

Alan is also the lead visionary behind Community First! Village, a 51-acre master-planned development that provides affordable, permanent housing and a supportive community for men and women coming out of chronic homelessness.

We are serving twice as many families and individuals in Des Moines.
Over one-third are homeless for the first time.

Joppa has lifted more people off the streets this year than ever.
