We are looking for people who are called to work in ministry or a nonprofit and who bring strong character, proven competence and sound judgment as we build our team for this next season.

1) Thriftmart Pricing Specialist – Clothing (Part-time)

We’re seeking people with prior experience in thrift store pricing who know how to price merchandise quickly and competitively, and can work independently and efficiently. Read the job description.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of pricing experience in a thrift store preferred
• Experience working with volunteers is a plus

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to meet production goals—must be able to price hundreds of items per shift
• Strong knowledge of clothing brands, quality and resale value
• Ability to assess merchandise value and price competitively
• Self-directed, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated reliability and consistent attendance
• Ability to problem-solve and seek practical solutions
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Ability to use Teams and Outlook for internal communication
• Availability to work Monday through Saturday during store hours as scheduled

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
• Ability to bend, reach, grasp, sort, hang and move merchandise throughout the day
• Ability to work actively in a physical, fast-paced environment for full shifts
• Ability to lift and carry merchandise up to 25 pounds on a regular basis

2) Thriftmart Cashiers (Part-time)

Education & Experience

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Experience working with volunteers is a plus

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
• Demonstrated reliability and integrity
• Teachable and coachable
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks

• Availability to work Monday through Saturday during store hours as scheduled

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to walk, reach, stoop, carry and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to work actively on the sales floor for full shifts

3) Donor Data & Finance Coordinator (Part-time)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping or financial data entry experience
• Experience with donor databases or CRM systems preferred
• Nonprofit experience a plus

Skills & Competencies

• Proven accuracy in data entry and financial recordkeeping
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Experience with QuickBooks Online strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, spreadsheets and database systems
• Highly organized, methodical and detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong grammar and punctuation
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and care
• Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, mission-driven environment

4) Executive Assistant (Part-time)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of prior experience as executive assistant or senior administrative assistant
• Experience supporting senior leadership in a nonprofit, ministry or entrepreneurial organization strongly preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong grammar and punctuation
• High attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong relational intelligence and customer-service mindset
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and changing priorities
