Joppa KIDS helps K-12 students become aware of homeless issues, learn how to prevent homelessness and volunteer in service learning projects to help homeless people.
Students get involved in two ways:
High School students will provide leadership and oversee the K-8 programs, as well as help interest younger students in volunteering, and mentor those interested in becoming the future leaders of Joppa KIDS within their schools and other groups they influence.
It’s easy. There aren’t any upfront requirements and you don’t need permission from Joppa. Just start promoting Joppa KIDS activities to your school, church or club!
That’s all there is to it. All Joppa KIDS Ambassadors receive free Joppa KIDS T-shirts!
